Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged then you can send it back for a refund, replacement or store credit and we'll pay for the return postage costs. We offer a 1 year warranty on returns for products which are faulty, although some products have extended warranty (see the product details for more details on the specific warranty period).
Received the Wrong Product
In the unlikely case that we send you the wrong product then you can return it for a replacement or store credit and we'll pay for the return postage costs.
Change of MindIf you change your mind about a product after you've received it then you can send it back to us for a store credit minus any postage charges. This is only allowed if the product is unopened in its original undamaged packaging.
(All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.)
How to arrange a ReturnTo arrange a return please go to your 'My Account' then select 'Order History'. Find the order that you want to return and make a note of the order number, please contact us with the product details and order number you wish to return. Our customer service department will email you a returns form with all the details you need to return the item(s) to us.
